FLH will provide advice and consultancy services to the independent boutique hotel sector in the greater Los Angeles area. Typical assignments will last approx. 6 months and will seek to reposition the hotels through detailed plans including capex, redesign, re-style, operational efficiency changes and tailored marketing plans. An engagement will encompass some or all of the following:

  • 360 degree review of existing business
  • Create new plans to deliver enhanced trading performance over a 3 year horizon
  • Capex and refurbishment plans in detail where required to re-position assets
  • Repositioning hotels through be-spoke marketing plans to the target audience to accentuate the hotels USPs
